More games like this PLEASE! I've always loved the feel of ps1 style games. Plus the weirdness to this makes it even better. I give it 9/10. Also I didn't see the snowy area like I saw in the pictures, where is that at?
Thanks for checking it out! The snow dream is hidden fairly well, so it's not too surprising you weren't able to find it. You can learn it's location in the dev_commentary.txt file included in the game folder. Alternatively, you have access to it in the Dream Select Mode after you beat the game once!
I really want to play this, but when I start it up, the aspect ratio gets weird and I can't see the whole screen. My drivers are all up to date, and I have no idea what to do.
Hey Herowho- what type of monitor/native resolution are you using? I know there are problems launching it on 4k monitors. One thing you could try is downloading Reso. It creates a shortcut from an .exe and forces it to launch in a specific resolution. Here's a link to it if you want to give it a try:http://bcheck.net/apps/reso.htm Let me know if it works for you.
The snow world is one of my favorite worlds in any game out there, I don't know why but I just love it. The inhabitants seem like something from an actual JRPG.
I was totally blown away by this experience. Masterfully executed and joining pure cutesy wholesomeness with, surprisingly, the horrifying polar opposite.
Hey Mr. Dink- no idea what could be going on there. I've tried reproducing it with the current build on the game page, but no luck. You said you tried deleting it and redownloading it and was still being weird? If that doesn't work, there's a possibility it could be something driver related or something with your monitor resolution. Shoot me a DM on twitter if you can't get it back to normal.
I absolutely loved this. The low-poly PSX style, sound effects and music together made for a super atmospheric game! Looking forward to seeing more from you.
Hey, I had a lot of fun playing this one, I loved the Ps1 style to it. I'll be doing a three part series on this but in the meantime here's the first part. :D
Wonderful, strange, and confident in its strangeness. Great pacing on the tone of the dreams as they go on. So many good bits but the tender warmth of the secret dream was such a standout, I really liked how even as the dreams got darker there were still impactful moments of positivity. Big fan!
Sorry if this is out of nowhere, but my computer detected a trojan virus coming from the exe after extracting. I deleted it but I just wanna make sure if it's just me being unlucky or there's an actual virus in the game.
Overall a great game, I enjoy it very much. The only downside is the sensitivity option because it doesn't save and it's annoying changing your sensitivity in every place instead of keep it for the entire game. Hope you can fix it
The "Edge of the World" dream was so visually stunning i just had to stop walking and take screenshots along the way. That was an hour well spent, I hope you can make similar projects in the future.
That's weird... does that happen everytime? Check to see if it might be something driver related, maybe an update is needed. If it keeps happening, DM me on Twitter.
Hey! Thanks for checking it out. So happy you enjoyed it! I have plans to make a little trailer sometime this weekend, as well as post the soundtrack on YouTube. Once I've finished it up, I can definitely let you know!

My monitor's native resolution is 1600x900. Reso seems to work if I set the game to be 800x600.
That's good to hear. It should also launch correctly with 1920x1080 if I'm not mistaken. If you have any other issues let me know.

yeah!! i loved being in it

Very good game I download to play, thank you.

Nice! Thanks for checking it out~
No Problem :D

Thank you for the kind words! So happy you enjoyed it~
Is this on steam
Not yet!
ok
Sorry if this is out of nowhere, but my computer detected a trojan virus coming from the exe after extracting. I deleted it but I just wanna make sure if it's just me being unlucky or there's an actual virus in the game.
Hey Stoovan- no, nothing like that in the game. not sure why it would've been detected as a virus. Haven't had any issues from anyone else about it.
Oh! I guess it's just my antivirus acting up then. My bad!
Very nice game. I love the low poly styling of it. I love the storyline to it to.
Thanks for checking it out, I appreciate it!
Like the art style in this game of retro playstation games! This game is in my Top 5 of the week!
Check my video
Whoa, thank you!
Awesome! Didn't find any of the secrets T^T
There are only a few, but yeah, they're hard to find ;)
Overall a great game, I enjoy it very much. The only downside is the sensitivity option because it doesn't save and it's annoying changing your sensitivity in every place instead of keep it for the entire game. Hope you can fix it
Thanks for checking it out! Yeah, the sensitivity issue is a bummer. I'm working on fixing it soon.
This game is really charming! I really enjoyed it :)
The "Edge of the World" dream was so visually stunning i just had to stop walking and take screenshots along the way. That was an hour well spent, I hope you can make similar projects in the future.
Thanks so much, it means a lot! I have more projects in the works. Check back in February!

The game was amazing dev, good luck on future games and stay safe from the corona virus. Hope you will enjoy this video.
Thank you for playing!
Ur welcome dev, thank you for making the game.
Hey when I was interacting with the rabbit in the beginning the game resoultion suddenly changed and the game started to lag on 8fps.
That's weird... does that happen everytime? Check to see if it might be something driver related, maybe an update is needed. If it keeps happening, DM me on Twitter.
I have the same issue :(
Hi Samael- try downloading Reso and using it to launch the game in a specific resolution. It may fix your issue: http://www.bcheck.net/apps/reso.htm
It's a quite wacky solution, but it helps, thanks.
Hey there - this gave me butterflies when I first saw it. Stunning, lovely concept, some of the best design I've ever seen in a low-poly game.
Did you happen to have a short video/trailer or anything I can use to share it my indie game thread @Toadsanime?
Hey! Thanks for checking it out. So happy you enjoyed it! I have plans to make a little trailer sometime this weekend, as well as post the soundtrack on YouTube. Once I've finished it up, I can definitely let you know!
Heya! Think you spotted my tweet anyway haha, but thank youuu, that sounds wonderful. Looking forward to the soundtrack upload too!

Yes, I can definitely do that! I'll throw out a tweet this weekend once it's up.
Hey there - I've uploaded the soundtrack to Youtube! You can check it out here:
Chill game, would pet morty
I thought that thing with the pink shirt on was Shrek.
Y'know, I hadn't considered that but he does look like Shrek. Maybe a distant cousin.
Idk.
What a trip! I love it
Thanks for checking it out!

Amazing game dev :D

Check out Reeez on newgrounds:
https://reeez.newgrounds.com/
He provided most of the music I used in the game. His stuff is awesome.
This is kinda nice. How many maps are in this game? and is there a save button in game?.
There are 9 worlds in total (one secret). No save function currently, but it's a fairly short game. Thanks for checking it out!
Nice I'll try to play it tomorrow kk, thanks for the reply.
